Financial Hardship
I believe that no one should be denied access to help as the result of current financial hardship, or because they cannot pay a coach's fees. I am often able to offer significantly reduced, sliding scale fees based on your unique financial circumstances. If we determine that we are a good match and plan to begin coaching, we will establish a fee that does not burden you financially and is based on what you can reasonably budget for our time together.

Package Details: a 30-minute introduction consult, three, 60-minute one-on-one coaching sessions, three days of meal plans, 10 allergy-specific recipes, recommendations for allergy-safe activities, guidance on managing your relationships (family, friends, school/daycare), custom self-care plan, learn how to manage stress and your new lifestyle.

Assist in development of business and marketing plans for start-up businesses or assessment of existing business and marketing plans, i.e., identity system, website, copy, brochures, social media, networking, partnering, package and pricing structure, client/customer acquisition, etc., and the creation of a step-by-step marketing plan and calendar for your next 12 months.
