The Verdict is In!

Well… I ordered online the shredded Daiya vegan cheese  in Italian and Cheddar flavors.  In comparing this dairy-free alternative to the others that I have tried, and my 4-year-old son, I agree that this is the best alternative should you not be able to have the real deal.  It actually melts, stretches and tastes like cheese.  It’s no wonder that Daiya won the Veg News 2009 Product of the Year Award.

Now… if I could just get my little guy to try and like something new.
